hyla.conf is a configuration file specifically for the unix *clients*
(sendfax, et al).  It's actually rarely necessary to set one up; the
only reason I've ever had to was to change the JobFmt string for
faxstat.

faxalter -p jobid will 'poke' a job back, removing the delay time.
I'm not sure where the job lands in the queue of 'current' jobs,
though.  Anyone?

Oops.  Sorry.  :-)

No, so far as I can see, the retry time differs based on the sort of
error in sending (no answer, job abort, etc), but doesn't scale up.
