You can either downgrade your libtiff version to 3.4.x or you can patch
your version of HylaFAX source, and recompile. See
http://www.hylfax.org/patches for those. However, since you're using Suse,
I'd bet you used their RPM, and you'll find it easier to just downgrade
libtiff.
