I am using a Digi etherlite terminal server with modems attached on it.
The Digi software creates devices like this:
/dev/sts/ttyn00 and so on.
When I configure it with faxaddmodem it creates a config file like this:

config.sts_ttyn00

It's not a bug, it's a feature that allow you work with
subdirectories.
