flexfax: Problem (and patch) with fax2ps on A4

I had some problem printing fax with fax2ps, being either fax and
paper A4 format, particulary I lost the bottom of the fax.
Using -S option, to scale output, was even worst.

being 8.5x11 inches.

I made some changes to fax2ps to handle correctly (I hope :) )
different fax format, and to position the resulting printout
correctly (i.e. not loosing bottom of fax).
I addess also an option to align fax to top of sheet (untested) and
to set top and bottom margins. I don't handle left and right margins
since I like the default behaviuor, which is to center the fax.
I also added -s option to scale only if the fax doesn't fit on the
page.


Patch is against tiff-v3.5.5, but I think it applies also to 3.4
version.

I've just printed a 35cm long fax on a A4 sheet, and it fits
quite well :)

Even if this patch seems to work fine for me, I have not tested it
very well, so just be careful if you want to try it.
