Problems sending PDF from Windows clients

Hello

i have problems sending (printing) PDF-files as FAX from Windows clients
with WHFC (printer driver Apple Laserwriter). The converting to tiff
from the delieverd ps-file failed (HylaFAX 4.1beta2 at SuSE Linux 6.2).
For this reason i tried a Lexmark printer driver on the Windows client
which had a option to "disable postscript Passthrough" which helps for
trouble printing PDF-files. With this driver there is no error messages
(as long as i can see) anymore but the transmission (from every
Dokument) fails with an timeout (see below). Then i get a mail
notification which claims succes sending 0 pages with 2-D MMR encoding??
Can anyone give me a hint how to track down this converting problems??
How can i manually test the whole converting process?
