flexfax: FaxDispatch format ?

Hello,
I want to use the FaxDispatch script, which could dispatch faxes in
mail  boxes, but I don't understand the format.

*xxyyzz)  SENDTO=fbris;;

Does the '*' mean 'wild character', or just indicates an entry in table
?

And what can I do for a number like '33+1+344545' ?

And may I use anybody for the default target ?
