flexfax: Problem with sending

Greetings,

I installed hylafax 4.1 Beta 2 a while ago...after a struggle, I finally 
got it working...however, over the last month, I have not been able to send 
out a fax...I get a message stating that there was problem with conversion 
of the documents..below I have attached an example of the output..I have 
only sent out about 5 faxes before it stopped..I have sent only text 
messages......any suggestions...?

the HyLaFax is on a Red hat Linux 6.1 /Linux 2.2.-20 #2
