flexfax: how to configure "port 4559"?

how to configure "port 4559"?

I've added 2 directories in the hylafax-root-directory (logged in as uucp):
/archive/in
/archive/out

I make a copy of all incoming and outgoing faxes and try to acces them from the clients.

I have ftp-access (via ftp...:4559) to 
/archive (and others)
but not to 
/archive/in or /archive/out. 

also, when I create a directory
/my_archive
I cannot open it via ftp...:4559.

all directories and subdirectories have the same owner and rights to access

where can I change the port-configuration?
