flexfax: Problems with windows client

We are using WHFC windows client to fax through our Linux server and are
experiencing a problem setting up phone books on the clients.  Although
we go into the address book icon of the WHFC program and setup the phone
book with the corresponding numbers, whenever we fax a document and try
to use the phone book it comes out empty. What are we doing wrong?
