flexfax: Receiving partial pages

Hi- 
I'm having trouble with hylafax receiving partial pages of a fax.  There
are no send/receive error messages but when the tif file is received it
often contains only about 4 inches of the page.  This doesn't happen
with every fax but it does occur frequently.  I'm running hylafax
v4.0pl2 with a class 2 modem setup.  If anyone has any suggestions I would
greatly appreciate it.
