WHFC viewing fax access denied

I'm using HylaFAX 4.1beta1 under RedHat Linux 6.0 and WHFC 1.005. I cannot
view the received fax with WHFC and the error is access denied. Is the
login name matter at the user setting? The owner of tif file is uucp and i
tried to change to mine but I cannot see the received fax afterwards.
