flexfax: phase d error

Hello,
I have a problem while using hylafax. Most of the stations I try to send
to cause following error.
May you explain or have an idea what went wrong ??

      Unspecified Transmit Phase D error, including +FPHCTO timeout
between data and +FET command

The job will be retried at 21:39.
