HylaFax and Diamond SupraExpress 56e PRO -- cannot receive any fax
Hello,
I recently managed to install HylaFax 4.0pl2 on my 2.0.36 Linuxbox
with egcs-1.1.1 and was succesfull in sending a fax out with my
Diamond SupraExpress 56e PRO. But I am not able to receive any fax.
And because I have only one telephone line it is very difficult to
test.=20
Support from Diamond wasn't very helpful (Oh, Linux? That's not our
game ...), the AT-Doku for the included Rockwell Chips (RCV56HCF) is
very outdated and doesn't know anything about Class 2 Fax commands.
After I changed the tracelevels to 527 there are the following lines
showing up in the log-file:
Jun 22 22:07:57.53: [ 137]: SESSION BEGIN 00000006 49
Jun 22 22:07:57.54: [ 137]: <-- [4:ATA\r]

Yes, I did read the FAQ and the SDB (Suse Support Database). They both=20
mention this error, with the solution to change ModemRecvFillOrder
from "LSB2MSB" to "MSB2LSB" -- but my config.modem have had the
obscure order. Sure, I changed it, but without any effect.
Here is the modem related stuff from config.modem. With this
confiuration I have received the log showed above.
