flexfax: rjc9 compile problems

OK, trying to compile hylafax-4.0pl2-rjc9...  compile problems on SunOS
4.1.4 (gcc 2.7.2) and on HP/UX 10.20 (gcc 2.8.1), both at same place:

Somehow it doesn't like the socklen_t type?
