letter-head on the fly

I'm running hylafax 4.0 on a Linux 2.2.5 box (SuSE 6.0). Everthing works
fine. Now I want to insert for every outgoing fax (first page only) a
letter-head. I send the fax thru a PS-printer-driver and WHFC on my
Win95 PC to the Linux-Box. Is there a simple way to manage these job.
