Please help with me, Prob with getting Faxes!!!

I have the newest Hylafax running under SUSE-Linux. Sending faxes works
well, but I can not receive
complete faxes. Their length is always 1/3 of the complete fax.

I am using a ROCKWELL Modem. I do not know how to solve the problem. I
have tried a lot, without success.
