Harsha,
Are you planning to use a modem or just generate & listen to the tones
using a sound card? If you are using a modem then all these tones etc
will be handled by the modem and you are unlikely to have any way to get
access directly to them - certainly there will be no standard way. If
you are going to use a sound card, then you will have to get very deep
into the protocols along with signal processing etc. This is *way*
beyond what Hylafax does. It is also *way* beyond what I know.
You are welcome to email me, but I really have no idea about programming
under Windows - I try and stay away from it as much as I can. :-)
