flexfax: Hylafax Problem

Problem :

 

When I send an email to the machine that Hylafax is running on, sendmail sends back an error of.

 

Subject: Returned mail: unknown mailer error 255
Auto-Submitted: auto-generated (failure)

Any ideas?  It has always worked before, but just sundenly crapped out.
