The easiest thing is to edit a copy of "probemodem" or "faxaddmodem"
and write in the values you wish to send by hand. Or use kermit scripts:
numeric pager support would be nice to add to sendpage but is
not currently available.

What you use as the modem depends on your setup: I'm fond of using
"/dev/modem" myself....
