I can't find it either now. Last seen in the middle of April in the grouped/
hurricane/i386/Application/Communications directory on Imperial College.

Events seem to have moved on from hylafax-4.0-8.i386.rpm; we seem to
have gone up a package version and down a patch level (??). The build
date on hylafax-4.0pl1-9.src.rpm is the 10 Apr 1998, unfortunately the
author's name is not included.
