I have just recently started having a problem that has the symptoms of
the documents in the docq directory being over writen.
Example:
	Bob sends a request for a new car to 555-1212 with an ATTN: Simon
	Fred sends a request for a travel reservation to 555-1313 with an ATTN:
Sally
	The request for the new car gets sent to 555-1313 with the proper ATTN:

We send nearly 600 faxes per day. This problem does not occur very
often, however.
