Whenever there is an error encountered by the fax server such as NO CARRIER
DETECTED, it will SLEEP for approximately 15 minutes.

I am using the compiled binaries for HP-UX 10.20, and the source codes does
not compile successfully.

Is the above configuration hardcoded to the binary files, or can it be
changed?
How can I configure it to use a shorter delay for retry?
