Problem with Hylafax 4.01pl1...

	I install Hylafax 4.01pl1 in a BSDI/OS 2.1 following the steps
	described in README file, Seems like no problem occurs, But when 
	I run faxstat or another hylafax command, I obtain the next output

		Can not reach the server at host "localhost",port 4559

	I check the etc/host file,but Its OK, The /etc/services and is OK too. 
	
	what could it be?
	
	Any other place or file to check?
