Phase C and RSPREC errors
I have been getting various errors with HylaFAX, build v4.0pl1.
Implementation went pretty smooth as well as testing (with four
USR 33.6 faxmodems). Now that I've gone into production with
16 modems, I'm noticing quite a few more errors.
Here is my basic config for all of the modems
