'Last Time' not shown in 'faxstat -d' properly

Hello,

I found that the 'faxstat -d -l' command does not report the Send time and
the Kill time reliably.

I have the TimeZone set in the /usr/local/lib/fax/hyla.conf file.
And I have set the JobFmt string properly.
TimeZone:       "PST"
JobFmt:         "%-3j %3i %6.6o %-17.17e %5P %5D %10z %-25s %10k"

I was able to see the time string yesterday, but not today.
Any explainations will help!
