It should do this automatically. If it doesn't then there is a bug.
2. When sending some data thru network from client to hylafax server (new version of hylafax) is this transmittion compressed ? Can it be encrypted ?
It's not compressed or encrypted, no. You could tunnel it somehow,
though, but the protocol itself isn't encrypted.
3. How/if can i display from hylafax server all jobs. When i had power failure durring sending i could not later see that job when faxstat -d - but hylafax remembered it and retransmitted. How can i see all jobs ?
faxstat -slrd
