[hylafax-users] Can't Access the received faxes

Guys
     I am using HylaFAX 4.2.5 on an RHEL4 with mainpine faxmodem.
Sending and receiving are working but i cant view the received faxes when
i am trying to aceess the link ftp://myserver:4559/recvq/fax99999.tif and
can access it if it is attatched as pdf.(Error 530 login incorrect).

I can't ftp from the browser also  but can do it from command prompt.
The file permissions in the recvq dir is 644.

I am also seeking help in archieving faxes into mysql databases.
can any one help me?
