HylaFSP is a supported software product. Please email hylafsp-support@xxxxxxxx with details of your problem, and someone will help you out first thing tomorrow morning. When you mail the support address, please include details of any error messages you see in the Event Viewer -> Application Log, and also please enable the debug setting in the HylaFSP control panel and attach the file C:\HylaFSP.log (or something like that) if one gets created.

yeah im using hylafsp.. right its not hylafax issue more like a client issue. could the client think it has expired when it really now?

I'm getting an error on my windows pc when i fax that state "This number cannot be dialed at present" and "The attempt to send the fax failed".

It looks like hylaxfax never trys to connect to my hylasfax server but i
dont know why it does not make the connection. i done a netstat -na and no
ip and port listing.
