[hylafax-users] Failed batching

I am running hylafax 4.2.3 on HP-UX 11.11.  Normal fax transmission works no
problems.  When I queue multiple jobs to the same destination with a slight
pause (-a now + 1 minute), the jobs seem to be batched OK: the first fax
gets sent and the second fax starts but then fails with "Communication
failure during Phase B/C".  The info file for the destination doesn't have
batch support turned off after this failure so I am guessing that the
failure is not batch related.  The modems I am using can only do class 2 or
2.0.

The pattern of first fax going OK and second fax failing is repeated for all
subsequent faxes that are queued for the destination.

Any ideas?
