[hylafax-users] Not receiving emails for faxes received

Hi-

I just downloaded Hylafax 4.2.3 for use on a system running Fedora 3.
The hfaxd is running and receiving faxes as tif files in the recvq
directory.  It does not appear that faxrcvd is running properly (or
perhaps running at all?).  Email notification is not sent to the email
address I have specified in /var/spool/hylafax/etc/FaxDispatch.  Here is
the contents of the FaxDispath file:
   SENDTO=info;
   FILETYPE=pdf;

I have also checked the /var/log/messages system log and here is what I see:
