I am certainly sorry that I have come across this way to you.  I do 
apologize for whatever it is that I did to offend.  Please, let me know 
what I can do to show my regret.

My intent here is to help users, to help the software, and to stay 
abreast of the community atmosphere.

I realize that Darren's made it out to look like that, but that's not 
what it is at all.  I haven't taken anything away.  I've merely set up a 
new site about HylaFAX, the same HylaFAX that you and I and everyone 
else here uses.

With the exception of the How-To, which I started in 2000, and some 
HylaFAQ entries that were created between 1998 and 2000 the website was 
simply the HTML documentation that came with HylaFAX.  There have been 
some CSS and various formatting changes made over the years, but it 
really was very minimal.  Most of the website content at hylafax.org 
(with the exception of the How-To) was not original to hylafax.org and 
existed with the HylaFAX project before Darren took it from Matthias.

I've gotten rid of most of that ancient text from the Sourceforge 
website because it was confusing, archaic, and otherwise non-helpful for 
most people.  I think that the content that exists on the Sourceforge 
site is the "right amount"... but of course there will be additions and 
modifications and other kinds of enhancements as time goes on.

So anyway, the reason why the look-and-feel has been used on the 
Sourceforge website was because the intent was to be more like unto a 
mirror than unto a fork.  There should be no confusion whatsoever, 
either... the software is exactly the same.
