[hylafax-users] Data-only receive mode for modem

I'll try this question again - expressed a bit differently.

Is there a way to set hylafax (v. 4.2.1)  to answer all calls as data 
calls?  This needs to be a fax out, dial-in environment.  faxgetty is 
answering calls.  However, it now answers *all* calls as fax instead of 
negotiating the call type, which was not the initial behavior in this 
Hylafax installation.

Any ideas about the config.ttyXX parameters, modem initialization?  The 
modem in question is an internal PCI modem, with ModemType set to 
Class2.  Is adaptive answer required here?

Any insight, HOWTOs, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
