Hello Andreas,
I don't have a Fritz card but an AVM B1 ISA, so I cannot help with the
Fritz specific stuff.

chgrp dialout /dev/faxCAPI
You do not need /dev/faxCAPI.
Now it was time to configurate the following config files:
*alpha:/etc/hylafax# cat config
[...]
SendFaxCmd: /usr/local/bin/c2faxsend
Is c2faxsend really in /usr/local/bin? If you use the official
capi4hylafax package it should be in /usr/bin.
