c2faxrecv is not really a part of Hylafax but a replacement part  
created by AVM.

You can try to find help here:
linux-avmb1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
It's a German list but I think English will be understood.

There is a new version of capi4hylafax
ftp://ftp.avm.de/tools/capi4hylafax.linux/capi4hylafax-01.03.00.tar.gz
