We have a Eicon Diva Server PRI card and Hylafax 4.1.7. These are the
xferfaxstats for it (with all the fax bits skipped):

Sender           Pages      Time Pg/min  Errs TypRate TypData
[snip]
Total             2958  33:30:05    1.5    50

And from recvstats:

Sender               Pages     Time Pg/min Errs TypRate TypData
[snip]
Total                3092 27:45:58    1.9   69

Both of which are 1-2% errors, which I guess might be a bit high.
I've never done anything to correct failures from individual
senders/receivers, so ones that fail probably show up a few times.
(The reason being that I've never found a source of information about
what you can actually do to improve the error rates - any suggestions
would be gratefully received).
