[hylafax-users] TSI lenght . . .

I've noted that when I receive faxes, if the sender set its fax id to a
quite long value hylafax truncate the TSI identifier to 20 chars.
Is this due to a trasnsmission standard that can't allow a longer value or
there's some hylfax bug ?
