[hylafax-users] Now maintaining nweb2fax.

Greetings

I started modifying nweb2fax for my own purposes.  It ended up changing
it quite a bit.  I asked the maintainer if he would allow me to maintain
this project because I wanted the work I did to be shared.  He
graciously accepted my offer.  I am looking for some feedback as to what
would make it more useful/easier to install and use.

Here is a link for downloading.  Please give me feedback if you try it
out.
