Check out ftp://ftp.hylafax.org/contrib/faxfrontend  Download the 0.7 release.  This is a QT GUI frontend for fax4cups so that when you print to the fax printer via cups, you get a dialog window that asks you where you want to fax, do you want a coversheet, etc.  It works well for our organization.
