If by "internet faxing" you mean T.37, then it's not "possible"
out-of-the box. You'd need to write a fair amount of the glue to make
that work, although (if a programmer) it wouldn't be a difficult task.
If by "internet faxing" you mean T.38, then yes, you can do it with
OpenH323's t38modem and HylaFAX. If by "internet faxing" you mean simply
routing via a network of HylaFAX servers, then it's "possible", but not
out-of-the box. You'd have to make the glue work. Usually this would be
better-accomplished from the client itself.

Yes, but you'll need to develop the "routing" intelligence and glue...
either on the server-side or on the client-side.
