[hylafax-users] modem appears to be wedged

Hello everybody,
I allways get the annoying message to admin:
"Modem appears to be wedged" (every 2-3 minutes)
The reason is that my modem is not allways turned on. Only in case of  
fax-send intentions.
I could get rid of the message via turnig on my modem when booting the pc.

Is there another possibility to prvent the message without turning on the  
modem ?
