Unfortunately davicom is very rare and so I don't know how to disable
blacklisting on it.
I'll list some commands for common chipsets and you should
1) try them with minicom or cu
2) ONLY IF with #1 you get "OK" use them in HylaFAX config file as
ModemResetCmds: <command>
lucent: AT%T21,1d,0
conexant/rockwell: AT%TCB
topic: AT%D0
usr: ATS40=7
