Could you please post this information on:

 http://bugs.hylafax.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=582

Hopefully George can work out the problem.  Meanwhile, try backing-out 
the patch that is on that Bugzilla entry to see if that resolves the 
matter for you.  If it does, see if you can find out what it is that is 
the problem with the recent changes.
