It's FaxNotify, not FaxDispatch, that controls this.  The feature is 
pretty much limited to the notify scripts - and the tiff2pdf script (or 
the tiff2pdf binary from libtiff 3.6+, used instead of the script by 
HylaFAX CVS when it is present).  I suspect that you can take these 
scripts from a 4.2.1 installation and put them over the top of a 4.1.8 
installation without any ill effects.
