The sender chose to not use ECM. Unfortunately, then, you're at risk of
getting this kind of thing happening.
You could increase your sensitivity to bad scanlines with
PercentGoodLines and MaxConsecutiveBadLines, but the end result of that
is "just" RTN... and many senders do not retransmit the page with RTN,
they just retrain and then send the next page, and perhaps indicate to
the user that there was an error in sending.
