I do see it.
ttyS3 at I/O 0x2e8 (irq = 10) is a 16550A

Which implies there is something wrong with the Linux machine.
Probably just something wrong with how it's set up on the Linux machine.
Do you see the serial devices in /var/log/dmesg (or 'dmesg' output)?
If you don't know what that means, then send the output of dmesg.
