[hylafax-users] need help, output cannot be view neither tiff or pdf!!

Really need help, has been spend so many days to trouble shoot, read from
archive, try many scenario, yet cannot resolve. Details story as below:

Objective: hylafax receive faxes, will automatic forward to FaxMaster, and
my personal account, either in PDF or TIF format (no problem either one)

Building Process:
1)	downloaded 4.2.1 in tar.gz format, follow the instruction, then
create FaxDispatch file, everything workfine until the fax forwarded into my
2 accounts (my webmail account in yahoo, and our mail pop3 server). So I
created in aliases file that FaxMaster will forward to
xxchan@yahoo;xxchan@xxxxxxxx

			Very surprise, this email in my pop3 account
downloaded into my PC, fax can be view (GOOD), BUT my webmail account cannot
view either I downloaded the file or view direct from the webmail. The
format looks like those day file attached in email, required encode or
decode kind of util to work on.... WHY????

2)	remove all hylafax fax files from /var/spool/hylafax and
/usr/local/sbin, downloaded the rpm version, did not change anything from
standard installation. Mail forward based on standard installation is Pdf
(same result, ERROR), so change to tif format (also ERROR).... Man what's
wrong now !!!!!

Help:

Anyone can help???? I guess something do with encode or decode stuff, but I
just cannot find where and try whatever I can, still NEGATIVE....

So the highlighted is what I suspect..... my boss is going to kill me
