The "NO CARRIER" indicates that, after detecting a V.21 carrier coming from the sender, the carrier was lost before any data was received from it.


What kind of phone lines are you using (is there a PBX involved)? Is 1.32b the newest firmware for the ISI cards? If not, you should try updating it.
