There was a CID "concatenation" change that was made to HylaFAX a long time ago, but I quite sure that it was after 4.1.1, I'd have to check to be sure. Because you're receiving with multiple "DTMFn" you need this feature.

I would highly recommend that you upgrade to 4.2.1. If this is unacceptable for you, then you will need to change your ModemResetCmds to format the DID information all on one line.

The problem appears to be that, during configuration, HylaFax is
setting
S-register S0 to 0, which means it needs to issue an ATA before the
modem
will connect.  But when it's received the four DTMF digits, it never
issues
the ATA -- it times out and hangs up instead.
