Hi,

Based on you experience :
1. Can anyone recommend reliable modems for HylaFAX?

Single-line Analog:

MultiTech MT5634 (I haven't tried the USB versions)
Lucent "Linmodem"
PCTel "Linmodem"
Zoom 2920 (I don't think they're made any more)

Multiple-line Analog:

MultiTech ISI5634
MainPine RockForce
Comtrol RocketModem I & II (not III)
Equinox MultiModem (I only had brief exposure to this, but it was fine)

Digital:

Digi DataFire RAS PT1 & PT2, a.k.a. Patton 2977

2. Can anyone recomend any high performance modems for hylafax?

By "high-performance" I'll assume that you mean "V.34-fax capable", since that seems to be the only "turbo-charged" fax feature to mention. The MultiTech 5634s and the MainPines support V.34-Fax.

Lee.
