I just realized that what I described below applied to the 
<username>@<fax-no>.fax  address format, not to yours - but you should 
still be able to use the basic idea - write a short script to be called 
from master.cf instead of faxmail, and the script redirects the faxmail 
output to an invocation of sendfax with the options you need.
